A: Normally it takes 5-10 working days for our regular size products.
Q: Do you take special size orders ?
A: Yes, as we are a manufacturer,special size orders are always welcome.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer free sample and our customer need to bear the freight cost of the sample.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Noarlly we accept wire transfer.If invoice amount less than $5,000.00, full payment in advance. If invoice amount more than$5,000.00, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment(CIF)/loading into container(FOB).For other payments like D/P,L/C,we can also accept them but depends on your order.
